For most sessions, 2-4 weeks notice is ideal, especially during spring and summer when golden hour slots book up fast. For weddings, elopements or events, the earlier the better. Some dates get booked out months ahead.

We reschedule, no stress. Weather in this part of the world can be unpredictable, so I always build in flexibility for a backup date if needed.

Yes! I'm based in Newcastle and shoot regularly across the Hunter Valley and Central Coast. Travel within this area is included in your session price; anywhere further afield can be arranged and quoted separately. (e.g. Sydney, Blue Mountains)

I like to keep things fun and relaxed. A calm presence, but I will hype you up if I sense you need it.

No stiff briefs, no awkward silences on the day. You'll get a quick chat beforehand so I know what you're after, gentle direction throughout so you're never standing around wondering what to do, and a genuinely relaxed few hours that doesn't feel like work.

Absolutely! Fur babies count as family too, and I'm very comfortable working with kids, big groups and all the chaos that comes with them.

The Family Session covers up to 6 people. The Extended Family Session covers up to 12.

Every session includes a minimum number of edited, high-resolution images, listed with each session.

Yes. Corporate events, product launches, workshops, market days and brand activations are all things I cover, alongside weddings and personal celebrations.

It's more than that. I capture your space, your product, your team and your atmosphere in a way that reflects your brand and gives you a genuine content library to use across your website, social media and marketing for months.

Yes. Brand and hospitality sessions include images optimised for both web and social use, and I offer video and reel content as an add-on if you need that too.

Not necessarily, but it helps. If you have a colour palette, logo or brand guidelines, I'll shoot with those in mind. If you're still figuring that out, we can chat about it beforehand so the images feel consistent with the direction you're heading in.

The Essential Brand Shoot includes a minimum of 25 edited images, and the Half Day Brand Shoot a minimum of 60.

Event coverage includes a minimum of 150 edited images for a half day and 300 for a full day.

Standard licensing for personal use, your website and social media is included. Paid ads and print use are quoted separately.

Personal Use: Prints, albums and sharing online for couples, families and event guests.

Standard Brand Use: The brand’s own website, social media, email newsletters and online listings.

Extended Use: Paid ads, print (brochures, menus, signage, packaging) and use by other businesses, or outside the brand’s own channels - This is quoted separately based on the job scope.

Yes. You can book single shoots whenever you need fresh images, and my Social & Content packages include a monthly on-location shoot with edited photo and video.
